This role operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility while serving clients throughout Knoxville and neighboring communities. As an LMFT with us, you will engage in a structured routine, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and therapy sessions with individual clients, couples, and families, adapting your approach based on their unique needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals and promote their mental health and emotional well-being.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to foster client growth and achieve positive outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with other health professionals within our organization to provide integrated care and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will primarily work with a diverse client base including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will provide guidance to couples seeking support in their relationships, as well as families looking to improve communication and resolve conflicts. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
