Description The manager is accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services. The manager is responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with Swedish Medical Center's mission, vision, and values. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing, or ADN and a commitment to obtain BSN within two years of date of hire. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 3 years of recent experience in related clinical area of nursing. Must meet criteria of Registered Nurse. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Nursing or related field. 1 year of First line management experience. Why Join Providence?
