Director of RecruitingMonsey, NY (On-site)$100,000–$125,000 (Depending on Experience)Our client, a growing multi-state property management company, is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Director of Recruiting to lead all talent acquisition efforts across its expanding portfolio.This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing recruiting strategies, building strong talent pipelines, improving hiring processes, and partnering with leadership to attract top talent across corporate, property management, maintenance, and leadership positions.The ideal candidate understands that successful recruiting goes far beyond posting jobs—it requires relationship building, creative sourcing, workforce planning, and delivering measurable hiring results.Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition LeadershipLead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, property management, maintenance, and leadership positionsDevelop and execute strategic recruiting plans aligned with company growth objectivesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill positionsDevelop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, networking, industry associations, trade schools, and other recruiting channelsProactively identify and engage passive candidatesPartner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring prioritiesImprove the overall candidate experience throughout the hiring processStrengthen the company's employer brand to attract top talentRecruiting OperationsOversee applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting workflowsMonitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire, and hiring successIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and increase efficiencyManage recruiting vendors, agencies, advertising platforms, and sourcing toolsEnsure recruiting activity and reporting are accurate and up to dateStrategic PartnershipCollaborate with Operations, HR, Payroll, and executive leadership on workforce planning initiativesForecast hiring needs to support continued company growthSupport succession planning and internal talent development initiativesAnalyze turnover trends and recommend recruiting and retention improvementsQualifications:Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition7+ years of recruiting experience preferred3+ years of leadership or recruiting management experience preferredDemonstrated success recruiting for multiple departments and high-volume hiring environmentsStrong experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelinesProven ability to develop recruiting strategies that produce measurable hiring resultsExperience tracking recruiting metrics and improving hiring performanceExcellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsExperience managing recruiting vendors, agencies, and recruiting budgetsExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity experience is a plus)Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experienceWhat We're Looking For:A strategic recruiting leader—not just a recruiterSomeone who can build scalable recruiting systems and processesA proactive professional with strong business acumenA data-driven decision maker who measures success through resultsA creative recruiter who is constantly developing new sourcing strategiesA leader with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownershipSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentBenefits:Competitive salary of $100,000–$125,000Health insurance401(k) retirement plan2 weeks of paid time off (PTO)6 paid legal holidays5 work-from-home days per yearOpportunity for long-term growth with an expanding organization
