Solutions Engineering Manager

Leading a team of pre-sales Solutions Engineers and Solutions Architects, the full-time remote Solutions Engineering Manager will drive technical pre-sales strategy for the SolarWinds Core & Observability portfolio across the UK & Ireland, focusing on team development, sales collaboration, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers and Solutions Architects, fostering a high-trust environment Partner with Sales Directors and Account Executives to drive the technical pre-sales process and ensure effective resource allocation Act as the primary SE leader for the SolarWinds Observability portfolio, maintaining deep knowledge of capabilities and market trends Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technology consulting roles 3+ years of experience managing a team of pre-sales or solutions engineers in a B2B software environment Strong technical background in Observability and IT operations management, including cloud-based technologies Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to achieve revenue targets and win new business Bachelor's degree in a relevant Business, Computing, or Engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience
