Marketing Strategist

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM or 7 AM to 3 PM EST Location: Remote, Latin America Overview Turn strategy into content that gets noticed, engages audiences, and drives growth. Our client is a growing company operating in a creative and design-focused industry, with distributed visualization teams working across studios in Michigan and Albania. The company is currently undergoing a rebranding and website redesign and is looking for a hands-on Marketing Strategist to help shape its marketing strategy while actively creating content across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you’ll develop comprehensive growth strategies, create original content, and work closely with internal visualization design teams to bring marketing initiatives to life. You’ll have the opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across content, social media, SEO, paid advertising, sales funnels, and digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, sales funnels, and landing pages aligned with brand guidelines Plan, create, and publish platform-specific content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Produce authentic, human-sounding copy tailored to American cultural nuances and brand voice Design graphic assets and edit short-form videos for social media campaigns Collaborate with the internal visualization design team to guide creative execution and provide content feedback Implement SEO improvements and manage paid advertising campaigns across digital channels Analyze data and develop reports to inform marketing strategy Must-Have Requirements Proven hands-on experience in marketing strategy and digital content creation Demonstrated graphic design and video editing skills with a creative portfolio Fluent English communication skills with a strong command of American cultural references Experience operating marketing automation systems and AI-assisted content tools Ability to work independently and manage projects proactively across distributed teams Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and develop reports for creating marketing strategies Nice-to-Have Requirements Hands-on experience building sales funnels and optimizing landing page performance Technical familiarity with search engine optimization Experience managing campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads Prior experience collaborating with remote teams across overlapping international time zones Why Join Us This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing strategy while staying close to the creative work that brings that strategy to life.
