Small Projects Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities Prepare and process T&M and bid project billings Enter and code AP invoices; manage credit card payments Dispatch service calls and assist with scheduling manpower Maintain job boards, job files, and inventory records Apply for permits and assist with payroll and timecards Support tool tracking, training coordination, and license renewals Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Small Projects team. This role is essential in coordinating daily operations, ensuring timely billing, and maintaining excellent customer service. Ideal candidates are organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Accounting knowledge and familiarity with plumbing/mechanical systems are a plus.
