Head of Sales

the client is seeking a Head of Sales to lead sales strategy and execution for an AI-focused solution serving eCommerce businesses. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and scaling go-to-market efforts as the company expands its customer base. Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end sales process, setting and managing sales goals, building and leading a high-performing sales function, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure effective lead generation, pipeline development, and deal execution. The Head of Sales will also be expected to monitor performance metrics, refine sales strategy based on outcomes, and support forecasting and planning to meet growth targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and commercial experience, with the ability to develop sales teams and execute strategy in a fast-moving environment. Experience selling to eCommerce or technology-driven solutions is expected to support an understanding of customer needs, value propositions, and competitive dynamics.
