The Billing Support Coordinator assists the billing department by reviewing expenses and assisting with customer billing. This position also serves as a backup for office administration duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Review expenses charged to customer trips for billing purposes (daily)
• Assist with fractional and managed customer invoicing
• Process and distribute monthly customer statements
• Prepare customer invoicing for mail
• Investigate and resolve issues with limited supervision
• Assist office administrator with ordering and organizing office supplies, processing mail, answering phone calls, and other administrative tasks as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of office-related experience with a High School Degree.

• Must have advanced computer skills in MS Office; including Excel
• Organizational skills to include the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work and produce results under pressure
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Must be detail-oriented
