Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to ascertain clients' mental health conditions, create clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans that address specific needs and goals.

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and offering strategic support plans.

• Maintain clear, concise, and confidential documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and available community resources and services.

• Participate in continual professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to remain updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
