HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator (Contract)90-Day Contract | No Outside VendorsOur client is seeking a highly organized and resourceful HR professional to support a fast-growing organization undergoing significant people, process, and technology improvements. This hands-on role will partner closely with HR leadership to drive recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, HR operations, and process automation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities for multiple open positionsManage candidate movement from offer through onboardingSupport payroll processing, reporting, and process improvementsImprove HR workflows, forms, policies, and onboarding documentationAssist with ATS administration and recruiting process optimizationPartner with vendors and internal stakeholders to automate manual processesCreate tracking tools, controls, and project plans for HR initiativesResearch HR best practices and support implementation effortsQualifications:3 years of HR Operations, HR Generalist, Recruiting Operations, or Payroll experienceExperience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processesStrong project management and process improvement skillsExperience with HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and Microsoft OfficeSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPayroll and PEO experience preferredNo Outside Vendors Please.Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
