What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across our organization. Partner with hiring managers to define successful hiring strategies before recruiting begins. Build talent pipelines through creative sourcing and community partnerships. Coach leaders on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and hiring best practices. Improve recruiting processes, tools, and programs that create consistency and better hiring outcomes. Analyze recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Help shape the future of talent acquisition at Mitchell Companies. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings: Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. A consultative approach to partnering with leaders. Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Experience recruiting for distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or multi-location high-volume operations is a plus.
