- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and adjustments
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Assist with audits by providing the requested documentation and analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP)
