Regulatory Affairs Associate
Jobtailor
Coordinate the development, review, approval, distribution, and maintenance of organizational policies and procedures. Maintain policy repositories and review schedules to ensure documents remain current. Assist with drafting policy language and formatting documents. Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor regulatory changes and support policy alignment. Prepare and maintain reports and documentation related to policy management and compliance. Requirements Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, policy coordination, compliance support, or related field preferred. Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably healthcare. Regulatory knowledge and experience in policy and procedures management are essential.
