Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to identify needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting plans based on outcomes, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members.

• Provide counseling and support services to clients and their families, focusing on coping strategies and resource navigation to aid recovery.

• Administer evidence-based interventions and support strategies tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
\n
• Develop strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and support to create a conducive environment for recovery.

• Educate families on the recovery process, helping them understand the complexities of addiction and how to support their loved ones.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work closely with individuals undergoing detoxification, often facing complex mental health and substance use challenges. This population may include individuals from various backgrounds, necessitating a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach to care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
