Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with the Department of Correction to facilitate access for patients, ensuring their appropriate housing and treatment plans are effectively managed.

• Coordinate patient care with various institutional programs, leading group treatment sessions in mental health observation units and designing tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Complete all necessary documentation to maintain compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies. Engage in clinical supervision with a Clinical Supervisor on a weekly basis.

• Participate in mental health and medical rounds as required, contributing to multidisciplinary discussions regarding patient care.
\n
• Lead case conferences to develop and refine treatment plans for patients currently receiving or being considered for mental health treatment.
\n
• Conduct psychological testing as needed and provide supervision for social work interns or student volunteers involved in the clinic.
\n
• Carry out mental health evaluations, crisis interventions, assessments, and follow-up care to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

• Determine and coordinate the appropriate disposition of patients based on their needs, ensuring they receive the most suitable level of mental health care.

• Work closely with Reentry Social Workers to ensure effective discharge planning services for transitioning clients.
\n
• Compile and submit required statistical reports to track outcomes and support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will work mainly with children and adolescents who are navigating complex mental health issues. You will foster trusting relationships with these young clients, helping them manage their emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
