Leading paid media strategy and execution, the full-time remote Paid Media Manager will manage a diverse paid channel mix, focusing on generating qualified pipeline and revenue through hands-on execution in platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and various social media channels. Key responsibilities Lead strategy and execution for Paid Search and Google Demand Gen campaigns, including optimization and budget management Monitor and test campaign performance across multiple channels to improve results and drive ROI Build reports and communicate insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in paid media or digital advertising, specifically in B2B Paid Search Proven experience managing substantial paid media budgets with accountability for performance Deep knowledge of Paid Search strategy, including campaign structure and optimization techniques Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising-platform reporting tools
