Your work will primarily be remote, providing flexibility to manage your practice effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client's mental health needs and develop customized therapy plans.

• Provide therapy sessions for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Facilitate therapy groups as needed, focusing on skill-building, support, and community integration.

• Assist clients in defining and achieving their therapeutic goals through collaborative treatment and continuous feedback.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing a variety of cultural, socioeconomic, and psychological backgrounds. You will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Utilizing your expertise, you will tailor interventions that reflect each client's unique circumstances and cultural context, ensuring they receive compassionate, individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A valid and current LCMHC license to practice in Vermont.

• Proven experience—at least two years—working with clients across diverse populations, demonstrating adaptability and cultural competency.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR, and their practical applications.

• Exceptional relational and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust quickly.
