Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Life Healing Behavioral Health Center, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify clients' emotional, behavioral, and social needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions as well as couple and family therapy sessions based on clinical best practices.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients' specific issues, including but not limited to family dynamics, grief, communication challenges, and coping strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions to facilitate progress and healing.
\n
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes, ensuring a responsive approach to their needs.

• Document all clinical interactions timely and accurately in compliance with ethical guidelines and reporting regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
