About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Audience and Community Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading the audience strategy across the company's live event portfolio, with a focus on attracting high-value audiences that align with editorial, commercial, and brand objectives. This role involves partnering in the launch of new event franchises, expanding the company's global audience footprint, and owning the end-to-end audience acquisition strategy. The VP will also be tasked with establishing a data-driven audience operating model, collaborating with leadership on audience forecasts, and managing the audience P&L to ensure the financial success of the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growing audiences and ticketing revenue for large-scale B2C and B2B events, as well as experience in multi-channel audience acquisition, CRM, and lifecycle marketing. They should be adept at using customer insights, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies to drive growth and engagement. The role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. The VP will work closely with the Group Vice President and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer to drive the overall growth and commercial success of the business, and must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally to support the company's events and initiatives.
