This role is designed to be fully remote, providing flexibility to conduct sessions from a home office or any suitable location. The work schedule is based in a standard weekday framework, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although occasional evening shifts may be necessary to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to the needs and circumstances of older adults, considering cognitive changes and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing mental health therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
