Senior Administrative Assistant
Manages a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the department.
- Coordinates department calendars and manages all scheduled activities.
- Prepares, edits and distributes correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, etc., as required.
- Arranges and actively manages all travel logistics for executive. Prepares expense reports and ensures submission in timely manner.
- Monitors, screens and assists in managing email, mail and telephone communications.
- Assists with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in administrative role
- Excellent knowledge of Word Processing software, Internet software, and Spreadsheet software
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write basic correspondence.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
