Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients dealing with a variety of behavioral health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief related to terminal illness.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing best practice approaches and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to create a holistic care plan for each client.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of behavioral health to inform therapeutic practices and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation of client sessions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Participate in case consultations and supervision, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Current California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
