As a Business and design consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our team stay organized, efficient, and productive. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Business and design consultants, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, updating project documents, and communicating with clients. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure the team has everything they need to succeed. Assist with marketing and business development tasks, such as creating promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and organizing events. Qualifications: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software.
