Grant Implementation ManagerTo improve the health of the communities we serve through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions.Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/week)What You'll DoThe Grant Implementation Manager provides strategic oversight and coordination for a diverse portfolio of externally funded initiatives across the health system. This role independently supervises the implementation of complex, multi-service-line projects funded through grants and contracts, ensuring projects achieve stated goals, performance metrics, and timelines.
