Senior Product Manager, AI (Healthcare, NYC, on-site)
\n \nLumira Search is partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded AI startup building agentic AI for healthcare operations, automating high-friction administrative workflows for provider organizations.
\n \nStrong early traction with health systems and outpatient groups, and scaling quickly.
\n \nWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the AI product roadmap end to end, from agent design and workflow automation through deployment with enterprise healthcare customers.
\n \nWhat you'll do:
\n- \n
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for one or more core AI agent workflows. Work closely with engineering and applied AI/ML teams to ship agentic features that operate reliably in real world clinical and administrative environments. \n
- Partner directly with provider organizations to translate messy real world workflows into product requirements. \n
- Define and track the metrics that matter for AI product performance and iterate fast. \n
What we're looking for:
\n- \n
- 5+ years in product management, with meaningful time spent on AI/ML powered products, ideally in healthcare, though strong AI product backgrounds from adjacent regulated industries will be considered. \n
- Comfort operating in ambiguity at an early stage startup, with the judgment to prioritize ruthlessly. \n
- Experience partnering with enterprise customers a strong plus. \n
- This role is on site in New York City. \n
