Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to assigned clients, delivering assessments, individual, group, and family therapy to those facing significant mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish and execute care plans that ensure clients receive diverse and integrative services.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and appropriate assessments to determine client needs.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing valuable insights to improve service delivery and outcomes.

• Monitor client progress, managing a caseload that includes treatment plans and timely follow-ups to ensure effective service delivery.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients in need, using established protocols to manage acute situations safely and effectively.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans thoroughly within our electronic health record systems to maintain compliance and enhance care coordination.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and skill enhancement through available training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents in a school setting, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
