Job description Lead end to end program delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities Manage multiple projects simultaneously coordinating cross functional teams and stakeholders Define program scope objectives timelines budgets and success metrics Drive planning execution risk management and governance across program initiatives Monitor project progress identify dependencies and resolve delivery issues proactively Collaborate with business technology and operations teams to ensure seamless execution Establish program governance frameworks reporting mechanisms and performance dashboards Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates to leadership teams Track program budgets resource allocation and financial performance against targets Ensure compliance with organizational standards quality processes and regulatory requirements Facilitate change management activities and support successful business adoption Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and program outcomes Mentor project managers and team members fostering collaboration and accountability Utilize Agile Scrum Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies based on project needs Key Skills Tools Program Management Portfolio Management Agile Scrum SAFe PMP MS Project Jira Azure DevOps Confluence Power BI Risk Management Budget Management Stakeholder Management Leadership Strategic Planning Communication and Change #J-18808-Ljbffr Cloudious LLC
