You will work remotely within a collaborative framework that engages both in-person and virtual interactions with colleagues and clients. You will benefit from structured work hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating shifts that accommodate the occasional evening and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, including depression and anxiety, allowing for an effective baseline for treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and strategies that resonate with their health goals.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress, ensuring therapeutic interventions are tailored to the individual.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
