Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home within our outpatient office setting. Our clients come to us seeking help with a range of mood disorders, and we aim to provide a therapeutic environment that is conducive to healing and growth. Our work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a structured yet flexible day that balances work and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

  Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

  Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the individual's requirements.

  Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, therapeutic alternatives, and self-care strategies.

  Continuously monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

  Work in a collaborative manner with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care solutions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients struggling with various mood disorders, encompassing depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. By creating a safe space for clients and utilizing a blend of therapeutic techniques, you will help them navigate their mental health journeys and work toward sustainable recovery.

Qualifications\n

  An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
