Job Summary - This is a Remote Role and you can sit anywhere in Florida.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator for a contract/temporary opportunity within the legal services industry. This role supports Project Managers and Program Managers in Client Services, with a focus on settlement administration, notice administration, and coordinated project execution across multiple operational teams.

The Project Coordinator will play an important role in keeping deliverables on track, supporting client and claimant communications, preparing project documentation, and helping ensure quality standards are met. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys cross-functional teamwork, clear communication, and a fast-paced project environment with exposure to legal services operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Track project deliverables, timelines, and tasks to help ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Partner with internal operational teams, including contact center, claims processing, data services, disbursements, print and mail, website, and software development groups.
- Identify project risks, process issues, or delays and escalate concerns with recommended solutions.
- Research client and claimant inquiries and communicate findings clearly to clients, claimants, and internal teams.
- Prepare and review project reports, perform analysis, and support quality control of client-facing deliverables.
- Draft project documents such as timelines, website content, contact center scripts, court declarations, notices, letters, and internal procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $24 to $28 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
