Job Duties: Prepare and proofread correspondence, inventory documents, manuals, purchase orders, requisitions, summaries, and related forms. Assist in conducting inventory; pick up, deliver, and unload supplies, equipment, and materials. Receive, store, and issue stock items. Inspect merchandise for quality and compliance with specifications. Reconcile inventory reports to physical balances. File and maintain supplies, forms, records, and reports. Make copies and support filing system upkeep. Perform a variety of marginal duties as assigned You'd be a GOOD fit if: You have one year full time wage earning customer service, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, or technical program support experience.
