Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across a variety of positions, including production, skilled trades, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and corporate support functions. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment, understands the challenges of hiring hourly and salaried employees, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition through onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for hourly, skilled trades, technical, and professional positions Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Extend employment offers and negotiate compensation within established guidelines Talent Sourcing Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, career fairs, trade schools, and community partnerships Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Utilize proactive recruiting techniques to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate quality Develop relationships with local workforce agencies, technical colleges, and vocational schools Hiring Manager Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Provide guidance on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and hiring best practices Communicate recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and market trends Ensure timely communication with hiring managers and candidates Candidate Experience & Onboarding Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment requirements Prepare offer letters and employment documentation Partner with Human Resources to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires Recruitment Operations Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire Ensure compliance with employment laws, equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines, and company hiring policies Maintain recruiting reports and documentation Employer Branding Represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach initiatives Promote the company's culture, career opportunities, and employee value proposition Assist with workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives to support organizational growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment Experience recruiting for hourly production, skilled trades, maintenance, engineering, and corporate positions Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills & Competencies Strong sourcing and interviewing skills Knowledge of manufacturing workforce challenges and labor market trends Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency Strong negotiation and influencing skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr Leeds Professional Resources
