Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist - Diagnostic Imaging

Location: Gardner, MA

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule:
• 40 Hours/Week | (4) 10-Hour Shifts
• Monday & Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Thursday & Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Rotating On-Call Weekends and Holiday Coverage Required

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join a dynamic Diagnostic Imaging team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures and ensure high-quality imaging
• Operate ultrasound equipment and select appropriate settings and transducers
• Review physician orders and confirm correct examinations before procedures
• Accurately document patient information and imaging data in Meditech EMR
• Ensure all images include required measurements and anatomical details
• Coordinate workflow and patient scheduling to maintain timely exams
• Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff
• Maintain patient safety and provide compassionate patient care throughout procedures

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology or Radiology Technology program required
• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound experience preferred
• Active ARDMS certification required
• ARDMS (AB), ARDMS (BR), and/or ARDMS (OB) required
• AHA BLS/BCLS certification required
• Active state license required
• Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills required
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
