Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing a variety of standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on clinical evidence and the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring they have clear pathways to success.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a range of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address specific issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health challenges, demonstrating sound judgment and compassion during high-stress situations.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including thorough documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and behavioral assessments.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care and support for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment strategies, and relevant community resources, acting as an advocate for clients’ rights and needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and staying updated on the latest research and practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor with credentials as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
