Social Media Manager

Reason for Position Launching & Mission of the Role To build social media into a structured and measurable channel for candidate attraction, strengthen EverHelp’s employer brand and B2B presence, and drive engagement across B2E audiences, B2B stakeholders, and C-level personal brands. Your future responsibilities include: Manage and develop EverHelp’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn , with a focus on candidate attraction (B2E) and B2B audience engagement Own and grow Instagram, TikTok, and Threads as channels for candidate attraction, audience growth, and employer brand visibility Manage corporate LinkedIn pages for EverHelp and Evly, driving B2B communication and brand presence Support and develop C-level personal brands on LinkedIn by monitoring industry trends, thought leaders, and creating relevant content Build and maintain a social media analytics system , track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting Generate concepts and creatives for paid candidate attraction campaigns across Instagram and Facebook Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners for both B2E and B2B initiatives Prepare clear creative briefs and tasks for the design team Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team to ensure effective handover and processing of organic candidates Partner with the Brand team to communicate employer branding initiatives, events, and company activities Needed experience & skills 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management Strong written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+) Understanding of the Ukrainian IT industry Basic understanding of HR metrics and analytics Proven experience managing corporate accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ownership mindset , with the ability to lead the direction independently and proactively propose solutions Result-oriented approach Strong communication skills , with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and employees Structured thinking and organizational skills Nice to have skills Understanding of working specifics within large-scale teams and organizations (500+ employees) Experience collaborating with influencers and partners for media and content projects Work with EverHelp is about: Opportunity to join the Ukrainian company and help the Ukrainian economy 20+ vacation days and unlimited sick leaves, corporate doctor & psychologist Medical insurance and +10 Healthcare leaves for mental & physical recovery Systematical learning & development inside a team and on an individual level: compensation for professional webinars, courses, conferences, etc. Ability to work from Kyiv office with free breakfasts and lunches Team of professionals who’s ready for knowledge sharing, internal professional communities, team buildings Corporate discounts for gym membership and for other different services like medical services, language schools, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
