First American is looking to add a Title Assistant to our growing team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Title team in a wide range of administrative duties. This position plays a key role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process. What You’ll Do: Delivers and picks up documents, mail, messages, packages Maintains a log of items picked up and delivered Gathers information to resolve title issues Maintains and creates logs, reports, records, and files Verifies and updates information Communicates professionally with all customers What You’ll Bring: Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude Ability to keep track of multiple documents and itemize Excellent verbal and written communication with both our internal team and external customers Problem solver with strong organizational skills, is detail oriented, with an eagerness to learn Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations A government issued driver’s license is required High school diploma or equivalent Pay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
