Process Improvement Analyst

Responsibilities Provide operational assessments, efficiency studies, and observations of work flow to ensure the most effective utilization of resources within The James; including evaluation of the impact of new technology, office layouts, and new construction layouts on operations. Provide support and technical advice to the continuous Improvement efforts of the The James, including participating in the development of educational services. Facilitate process improvement teams in achieving improved operational performance. Support development of tools and processes used in process improvement. Requirements Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, process improvement, business operations management, or related fields required. Prefer a minimum of two years of experience in continuous improvement. Health care experience preferred but not required. Must possess good written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. Knowledge of databases, computer software, spreadsheets, and graphics needed.
