We are BUILT FOR THE WILD.About the RoleYETI is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and creatively minded marketer to support the execution and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs. This role will play a key part in ensuring our email and SMS communications remain relevant, consistent, and performance-driven across the customer journey.The CRM Email and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing, maintaining, and optimizing lifecycle email and SMS programs for the US market. This includes core journeys such as welcome, abandon, and post-purchase, as well as supporting the development of new lifecycle initiatives. This role will report to the CRM and Email Marketing Manager.The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with a strong attention to detail and an interest in using data to inform decisions. You are comfortable working within established frameworks, partnering across teams, and executing against clearly defined strategies while bringing forward thoughtful ideas for improvement.What You'll DoExecute and maintain lifecycle email and SMS programs, including welcome series, abandoned browse/cart, post-purchase, and other triggered journeysSupport ongoing optimization of lifecycle programs through creative updates, segmentation adjustments, and performance-based improvementsPull and review weekly performance reports, identifying trends and recommending tactical adjustmentsAssist in building and executing A/B and multivariate tests across messaging, creative, cadence, and targetingPartner with team leads across Marketing, Creative, and Customer Experience to ensure consistency and continuity across all customer communicationsCollaborate with Customer Experience on transactional and service-related messaging to support a cohesive end-to-end journeyWork closely with MarTech partners to ensure accurate audience targeting, data flow, and campaign execution within the ESPExecute campaigns end-to-end including setup, QA, testing, tagging, and deploymentMaintain campaign calendars and documentation to ensure clear cross-functional visibilityEnsure accuracy across audience segmentation, links, tracking, and overall campaign setupContribute ideas for new lifecycle journeys based on observed performance trends and customer behaviorWhat You BringBA/BS in Online Marketing, Marketing Communications, related fields preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience 2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related fields Hands-on experience with an enterprise level ESP (i.e. Braze, Bluecore, SFMC) Knowledge of developing and executing email (HTML) and SMS marketing campaign strategies Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable pulling and working with performance data to inform optimizationsFamiliarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign performance metricsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersWorking knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Segment) preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsPositive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within lifecycle marketing#LI-MA1Benefits & Perks:Click here to learn about the benefits and perks we offer at YETI.YETI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.Our commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is at the center of everything we do for our employees.
