Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with an international law firm looking to add a Payroll Specialist to their Boston team. About The Firm Seeking a Payroll Specialist Established in the Boston area over 70 years ago, they offer a variety of legal services They have a large team of legal professionals served by the accounting department They have a steady volume of 50+ verdicts per year, making this a fast-paced environment The Payroll Specialist sits on the HR team, but interacts heavily with the Finance and Administration teams Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist Processing biweekly payroll for 250+ employees and handling reconciliations Fielding employee questions regarding payroll and leave Coordinating with managers to make sure time sheets for their direct reports are accurately coded and approved Maintaining accurate records of payroll processes Facilitating payroll audits as requested Background Expected of the Payroll Specialist 2+ years' experience in a Payroll role Experience with ADP or a major HRIS Associate degree in Accounting, or experience equivalent (+2 years) Salary Range $55,000 - 70,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
