Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will engage with clients through a variety of therapeutic modalities and activities designed to promote mental wellness.

• Group Therapy: Lead insightful and structured group sessions where young adults can share experiences, foster connections, and learn from one another in a safe environment.

• Individual Therapy: Provide individualized counseling that allows clients to explore their internal worlds, focusing on developing tailored coping strategies and actionable plans to enhance their mental health.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create meaningful and goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations, ensuring their voices are central to the healing process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will involve assisting young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is aimed at providing intensive support during pivotal moments in their lives. You will create a nurturing environment that inspires hope and promotes healing, empowering clients to overcome personal obstacles and restore their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
