Managed Print Sales Specialist – Private Sector The Managed Print Sales Specialist is responsible for specializing in sales, collaborating with ownership teams, managing account relationships, providing expertise on HP products and services, achieving sales quotas, developing proposals, landing new logos, ensuring client hand‑offs, and owning print‑solutions focused selling activities aligned with an overall account strategy. Key Responsibilities Specialize in sales and collaborate with ownership teams. Manage account relationships and provide expertise on HP products and services. Achieve sales quotas and develop proposals. Land new logos and ensure client hand‑offs. Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing and new accounts. Own print‑focused selling activities aligned to an overall account strategy. Collaborate with the AE to identify, land, adopt, expand, renew, and close opportunities. Ensure high‑quality pipeline management and achieve sales quotas. Establish a professional, consultative relationship with the client up to the C‑level for mid‑to‑large accounts, developing a deep understanding of unique business needs to propose outcome‑based solutions. Independently generate pipeline for HP’s print/solutions offering. Qualify, document, and update opportunities and pursuit strategy throughout the sales process. Partner with sales lead to ensure pipeline sizing, tracking, and visibility across the sales process; ensure portfolio product meets targets. Collaborate with Customer Success and other post‑sales resources to support timely implementation and effective adoption of HP solutions; conduct hand‑over meetings for contractual deals. Assist with account plans (SAR), QBR, VAS, and solutions presentation materials. Education & Experience Minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales or a similar role. Experience in or knowledge of private‑sector sales. Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving business growth. Experience in managing sales processes and building customer relationships. Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities. Experience navigating complex organizational structures to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Knowledge & Skills Basic English reading, writing, and speaking for roles supporting customers or partners in Quebec. Expertise in IT strategy and managed services. Strong business management skills. Excellent problem‑solving and strategic planning abilities. Leadership communication and ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Adaptability to new business capabilities and emerging trends (e.g., platform or marketplace). Advanced negotiation and deal‑closing abilities. Compensation & Benefits On‑target earnings (OTE) range for this role is$132,150to$179,750CAD annually with a 60%/40% salary/incentive mix. Pay within this range will be based on experience, skills, and internal equity. As a full‑time employee of HP Canada, you will be eligible for group benefit programs (medical, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage) and receive 15 paid vacation days per year prorated based on your start date.
