Key Qualifications:

• Active Special Education Teacher certification in any of the 13 eligibility areas
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students in a school environment
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt curriculum and lessons to accommodate various learning styles and abilities
• Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress toward IEP goals
• Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and staff regarding student growth
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere focusing on student strengths
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and compliance activities as required
