Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement efficient financial processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements to provide insights into business performance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to support financial planning.
• Provide support for audits and liaise with external auditors as needed to ensure smooth audit processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, ideally within the real estate industry.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Proven track record of collaborating with leadership teams to develop efficient financial processes.
• Strong skills in preparing and analyzing financial statements to provide business insights.
