We are seeking a motivated Health & Benefits Sales Executive to join a premier global benefits advisory firm based out of Orange County.

In this hybrid position based in Irvine, you will cover the Southern California region (including Orange County and San Diego), driving new client acquisition in the mid-market space (1,000–5,000 employee lives) . You will advise C-level HR and financial executives on comprehensive health, healthcare, and workforce benefit strategies.

• Active Business Development: Prospect, cold-call, and engage targeted mid-market employers across Southern California.
• Full Sales Cycle Execution: Manage opportunities from initial outreach to RFP creation, competitive pricing negotiation, and final client onboarding.
• Strategic Consulting: Present tailored, value-driven solutions addressing healthcare costs, financial security, and employee experience.
• Cross-Selling & Portfolio Management: Nurture high-yield accounts, maintain service excellence, and introduce complementary consulting offerings.
• Industry Engagement: Participate in local benefits groups, executive networks, and industry events to grow your referral pipeline.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) is required .
• Relevant Experience: Direct sales experience within the Employee Benefits or Health & Benefits consulting space (demonstrated industry sales success required) .
• Mid-Market Expertise: Track record selling to employers in the 1,000–5,000 employee lives range.
• C-Suite Presence: Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships with executive leaders.
• Sales DNA: Exceptional hunting, prospecting, and presentation capabilities.
