Vendor Engagement Analyst

Job Overview Data Administrator plays a vital role in aligning quality, cost, and delivery speed with customer expectations. In this position, you’ll analyze the key performance elements outlined in our service level agreements and translate them into actionable insights. You’ll also support the development of a performance‑rating system for our Pest Control Third‑Party Vendors, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement. Your focus on efficiency and long‑term sustainability will help elevate customer satisfaction and support our commitment to exceptional service. Responsibilities Work with National Accounts Customers’ third‑party vendors to coordinate pest control services, utilizing multiple proprietary applications and performing complete analysis of each to identify customer and branch trends. Bolster customer satisfaction by creating a tailored playbook of customer requirements to manage work orders, meet customer demand, service requests, and communicate service status internally and externally. Audit, accept or reject account changes submitted by field personnel, National Accounts sales organization, Orkin franchises, Rollins brands, and support the above teams as an active liaison. Generate and analyze daily reports to coordinate preventative maintenance and repair, audit work orders, rectify unsatisfied services, prioritize time‑sensitive issues, and proactively identify breakdowns in communication to maintain service levels and strengthen customer confidence. Collaborate with service branches to ensure emergency situations are handled, recorded, and closed appropriately; analyze closing trends and recommend best practices to both branches and customers. Negotiate and analyze service prices to ensure mutual benefit. Manage the price increase/decrease portion of the business. Manage client relationships as they relate to work orders and distinct services. Make day‑to‑day decisions related to vendor management independently. Recommend process improvements and increased service frequencies based on report analysis. Proactively brainstorm solutions to boost efficiency and sustainability. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a four‑year college or university, or five years of related experience and/or training. Preferred 3‑5 years of business experience in a relevant vendor analytics role. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and oral, to solicit, analyze, and document customer requirements. Fast, efficient, and quality solutions; subject‑matter expertise with customer, reporting, and scheduling requirements. Proficient with MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. Proficiency with internal systems: BOSS, 360, Q‑Port, NGS Queries, and JDE. Maintain assigned databases and work with large data sets. Handle pressure situations professionally and meet time guidelines and constraints. Excellent organizational skills, detail‑oriented. Work independently or with a team to achieve organizational goals. Be available to customers outside regular hours to fast‑track trouble calls with branches.
