Administrative Assistant/ Bookkeeper Position

AES Hearth & Patio is a leading retailer of Alternative Heating, Custom Fireplaces, and Outdoor Living Products, offered from a variety of manufacturers. We currently have showroom locations in Chambersburg, Camp Hill, Newville and Burnham, with an extensive Service & Installation Department in Newville and Burnham.

As our business continues to grow, we have an immediate opportunity for a Full-time Administrative Assistant/ Bookkeeper to perform bookkeeping and administrative tasks that keeps our Admin & HR department operating efficiently. This position will work directly with our Administrative Manager.

This person will...

answer incoming and make outgoing calls efficiently.
assist with bookkeeping tasks.
perform administrative duties within the administrative department.

We are looking for...

excellent written and verbal skills.
experience with bookkeeping, AR, AP, and reconciling accounts
experience in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
