Vice President of Financial Sales – Investment Management

Location: Onsite – Tampa, FL | Full-Time

\n

Compensation: $160K–$700K+ Total Earnings Potential | Base + Uncapped Commission

\n

\n

Our client, a large, growing investment management firm serving individual investors across the country, is hiring a Vice President of Financial Sales.

\n

What you bring:

  1. A proven track record of success in a competitive, quota-driven sales environment
    2. \n
  2. 3+ Years of experience in financial services (investment management, banking, etc)
    3. \n
  3. Comfort with a high-volume, activity-driven sales cycle
    4. \n
  4. Resilience and money-motivation; you perform through the slow stretches, not just the hot streaks
    5. \n
  5. Series 65 or 66 license (or willingness to obtain before first day of work)
    6. \n

  1. $100,000 base salary in year one; $75,000 in year two; uncapped commission from year three

  2. $160K - $250K realistic year-one earnings; $225K - $400K year two; $300K - $700K year three
