Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive (SAE) to support a global healthcare organization's corporate digital communications initiatives across six integrated workstreams, including corporate branding, social strategy, content strategy, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). This role will coordinate project timelines, meetings, deliverables, and cross-functional teams while supporting digital research, GEO playbook development, and client-facing materials.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and hands-on, with strong agency account management experience and a background in corporate digital communications. This individual will help manage competing priorities, translate client requests into actionable next steps, and ensure projects stay on track while supporting broader corporate reputation objectives.

• 3–5 years of professional experience within a public relations, digital communications, creative, or integrated marketing agency.

• Experience supporting corporate communications or corporate reputation initiatives for healthcare organizations or other large, complex enterprise clients.

• Strong account management, project coordination, and organizational skills, with experience supporting multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.

• Experience supporting digital communications initiatives, including corporate social media, content strategy, digital branding, or reputation management.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional agency teams, including digital, social, content, creative, and communications specialists.

• Hands-on experience managing project timelines, status trackers, meeting agendas, action items, deliverables, and internal follow-ups.

• Ability to conduct research, synthesize information, draft client-facing materials, and support the development of presentations, playbooks, or strategic recommendations.

• Strong understanding of how digital communications channels and initiatives contribute to broader corporate reputation and business objectives.

• Ability to translate client requests and specialist recommendations into actionable tasks and completed deliverables.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Experience identifying outstanding tasks, coordinating feedback, following up on dependencies, and keeping multiple initiatives on track.

• Creative problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguous or evolving client requests.

• Proactive, curious, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI-powered search, digital discoverability, or SEO.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting GEO research, AI-search recommendations, or the development of digital strategy playbooks and frameworks.

• Experience supporting corporate social strategy, digital content planning, or corporate website initiatives.

• Experience supporting the development of corporate communications playbooks, presentations, research reports, or strategic planning materials.
