This position operates primarily in a home care setting, allowing therapists to engage with patients in their daily environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic health conditions in their homes.
• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that utilize a range of therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapies, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting treatment responses and outcomes meticulously to inform ongoing care and facilitate optimal recovery.
• Regularly reassess patient goals and treatment effectiveness, modifying plans as needed based on patient feedback and clinical observations.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on effective therapy practices, assistive devices, and self-care strategies to empower and promote independence.
• Stay current with industry standards and advances through participation in educational workshops and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
