Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of infants and toddlers who exhibit delays or disabilities, utilizing standardized assessment tools and observational strategies.

• Engage actively in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each plan reflects specific family needs and goals.

• Collaborate with team members—including educators, therapists, and healthcare professionals—to monitor progress and outcomes, adapting strategies as necessary.

• Develop and deliver tailored interventions and support strategies designed for each child and family, helping to foster optimal child development.

• Adhere to all Federal, State, and organizational regulations governing early intervention services, ensuring compliance and ethical practice.

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with families, facilitating open communication to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.

• Implement evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Principles in all interactions and interventions.

• Provide families with coaching and resources, empowering them with insights and strategies that support their child's development in everyday settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this position is on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, their families, and caregivers. You will work directly with these families to promote the child's development and well-being, guiding them through the complexities of early intervention services and support systems. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
